General Assembly
The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the Association and, among other powers, approves the budget, the settlement of accounts, the fees to be paid by the associates and the management of the Board of Directors, as well as the statutory modifications.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors governs, administers and represents the Association and is made up of the following members:

Sector Commissions and technical support bodies
The Association has three Sectoral Commissions within it, which are the following:

· Technical Committee and Animal Legislation (CAAVV). Coordinator: Adolfo Santa-Olalla.
· Training Committee. Coordinator: Alvaro Bailly.
· Internationalization Committee (COMINT). Coordinator: Jose Herrero.

The aforementioned committees draw up sectoral plans, formulate proposals and present reports and studies to the Board of Directors. In the same way, they assume responsibility for specific actions and especially encourage the participation of associates in each field they represent.
