Iberpet’27 opens space bookings for its next edition.

IBERPET, the International Trade Fair for Pet Industry Professionals, has announced its next edition, which will take place from 10 to 12 March 2027. Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the event will once again benefit from the support of the Madrid Association of Companion Animal Veterinarians (AMVAC) and the Spanish Pet Industry and Trade Association (AEDPAC), as well as the backing of the sector's leading organisations, including AEVET, ANFAAC, CEVE, the VET+i Foundation and VETERINDUSTRIA, consolidating its position as the leading professional meeting point for the petcare ecosystem in Southern Europe.

The new edition follows the success of the 2026 event, which brought together 302 exhibiting companies representing 1,200 brands and attracted more than 21,000 trade visitors, confirming the strength and dynamism of the sector. Companies wishing to participate in IBERPET 2027 can submit their applications through the Fair's website.

A new identity. A new name and brand.

Looking ahead to the 2027 edition, the Fair is introducing its new brand: IBERPET. This new name reflects the evolution of IBERZOO PROPET and responds to the event's sustained growth and the ongoing transformation of the petcare sector. This change of name represents a strategic step aimed at strengthening its global positioning and recognition as a leading platform for the pet industry.

The new brand more directly and comprehensively reflects the petcare universe, aligning with the scale the Fair has achieved and its ambition to continue expanding its reach, attracting new markets and consolidating its leadership in Spain and Europe.

A key platform for pet industry professionals and businesses

IBERPET 2027 will provide a comprehensive platform for business, innovation and knowledge sharing, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, veterinary professionals and service providers through a high-value exhibition offering and programme of activities.

In this regard, the Fair will once again take place alongside VetMadrid, the annual congress organised by AMVAC, and the Iberpet Forum, organised by AEDPAC, reinforcing its position as a unique environment that combines commercial activity, specialised training and industry knowledge sharing.

The Fair will continue to promote strategic areas such as internationalisation, innovation, professional networking and the development of new business opportunities, against a backdrop of market growth. In Spain, the market exceeds €3 billion and enjoys widespread social penetration, contributing to the creation of more than 46,900 direct jobs and 356,000 indirect jobs.
