As is tradition, during the "Afternoon of the Sector," the Antón and Impulso Awards were presented as a recognition of the sector.

In the case of the Antón Awards, which celebrated their fourth edition, the Professional Career Award in the Veterinary Field went to José Luis Puchol, Clinical Veterinarian; the Professional Career Award in the Professional Field went to Gemma Vivet, CEO of Grup Gepork/Centauro; the Best Retailer Award in Spain went to Tumascota, from Pamplona; the Corporate Social Responsibility Award went to Isabel Buil, Director of the Affinity Foundation; the Professional Career Award in the Animal Protection Field went to the College of Veterinarians of Valencia, for their efforts during the DANA event; and the Initiative to Promote Coexistence with Pets in the City was awarded to Pipper on Tour.

As for the Impulso Awards, which aim to recognize entrepreneurs and start-ups in the pet care sector, the company UVEMA Servicios Veterinarios was honored for its innovative veterinary telemedicine service for emergency care.
